Return Policy

1. General Scope

Services provided by FENEXT Digital Solutions ("Company") fall under the category of services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (Software, Design, Server Services, etc.) by their nature.

2. Cancellation Conditions

The customer can cancel projects whose technical work (Design approval, coding phase, server allocation, etc.) has not yet started, without giving any reason, within the first 24 hours following the order or contract approval. For projects where work has commenced, partial or full cancellations are subject to mutual agreement, and cancellation can be provided by deducting the cost of the effort already spent.

3. Return Conditions

Due to the nature of digital products and custom software, it is not possible to return the product after delivery is provided or source codes/server access is transmitted to the Customer. However, in the event that the functions committed by the Company do not work or there is an incomplete performance contrary to the contract, a reasonable time is given to remedy the deficiency. If the deficiency cannot be remedied, the Customer may request a refund in proportion to the defect.

4. Exceptions (Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal is Invalid)

The right of return and cancellation (withdrawal) cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Goods/software specially prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
• Digital services performed instantly in an electronic environment and software licenses delivered instantly.
• 3rd party services whose registration process has been completed or activated, such as Domain names, SSL Certificates, Servers (Hosting).
