1. General Provisions

Services and digital products offered by FENEXT Digital Solutions (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") are provided through the website or in accordance with specific contracts made with the customer. Since no physical products are sold, delivery processes are carried out entirely in the digital environment.

2. Delivery Processes

The delivery time of the purchased software development, web design, or digital marketing services varies depending on the scope of the project and the delivery dates specified in the contract. After order confirmation or contract signing, the estimated delivery time is notified to the customer.

3. Digital Products

For purchases of ready-made digital products, licenses, or software, upon payment confirmation, service/product access information or license keys are sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer during the order or in the membership panel. The delivery is considered complete upon this transmission.
