Contract
1. Parties
This contract is concluded between the SELLER (FENEXT Digital Solutions) whose information is given below, and the BUYER who purchases the digital service or product.

2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and performance of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.
3. Service Fee and Payment
The price and payment conditions of the services subject to the contract are clearly stated to the BUYER during the order or in the proposal file prepared by mutual agreement. Payments are made via credit card (Virtual POS - PAYTR, etc.) or bank transfer/EFT.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (Software, digital services, etc.) are out of the scope of the right of withdrawal. In this context, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in coded software, initiated web design processes, or licensed digital product sales.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the SELLER or the BUYER are authorized. For commercial disputes, Eskisehir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
